Teambuilding & Problem Solving
All activities can be run as part of a team building event or a specific programme can be put together for your group to teach them to work together, to be tolerant and have an understanding of others.
Our instructors will challenge you and your group with scenarios and obstacles designed to test your Problem Solving ability and your Teamwork. Feedback is given after each activity, and we hope that progress can be seen and problems are solved. By the end of a session your group will have learned to work together to achieve a common goal.
We have a variety of mobile obstacles, exercise stations and other outdoor activities readily available for your team building day!
Teambuilding Games
The action or process of causing a group of people to work together effectively as a team, especially by means of activities and events designed to increase motivation and promote cooperation.
Paddleboarding
Propelling oneself (or a group of people on a board) through the water with a paddle exploring different waters!
Kayaking
Teams will get the chance to race against each other on sit-on-top kayaks, after learning about the key skills and techniques needed to pick up speed.
Canoeing
Canoeing involves paddling a light, narrow boat with a single bladed paddle, canoes are perfect for exploring with the family.
Raftbuilding
Working as part of a team, your challenge is to build a floating raft, from logs and barrels. The rafts come in all shapes and sizes, use your creativity to create a masterpiece.
Archery
Learn how to shoot with a bow and arrows at a target, play games and have fun!
Axe Throwing
Experience the thrill and satisfaction of throwing an Angel, Tomahawk and Knife in a safe outdoor environment!
Climbing Wall
Perfect for an introduction into climbing and belaying, you can have a go on a portable climbing wall, which is 7.3m (24ft) high.
Bushcraft
Our exciting Bushcraft sessions and challenges are geared to help you get back to basics whilst also enjoying the natural environment.
Orienteering
A competitive sport in which participants have to find their way across terrain with the aid of a map and compass.
